Term's and Condition's

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ COVID POLICY

Due to the nature of the service being provided, we ask that the following requirements are followed by our Clients and their parties.

This will ensure the heath and safety of yourself, our staff and our other clients, as well as ensuring our business can function as normal and future bookings are not affected. While we don't anticipate this will be a long-term requirement, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this time.


Wedding day

* ALL clients are required to take a Rapid Antigen Test the night before and text the results to 0422 879 321 with your name.

* If you are unable to obtain a Rapid Antigen Test before your please let me know and you can purchase a Rapid Antigen Test from me at $10-$15 pending on what I buy them for. Due to stock shortage's  I will have these available from MARCH. If you could please provide your own in the meantime that would be appreciated.

In the case of a POSITIVE COVID result, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will result in a credit for future use. (More on cancellations below)

* All clients, who have flu like symptoms, including cough, fever and sore throat, or have recently been deemed a close contact in the past 2 weeks will have needed to complete the 7 days of isolation and need to produce a negative PCR COVID test result within 72 hours prior to your booking.


Trial

* ALL clients are required to take a Rapid Antigen Test the morning of your appointment and must provide a negative result before attending your trial.

* If you are unable to obtain a Rapid Antigen Test before your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early, where you can purchase a Rapid Antigen Test from me at $10-$15 pending on what I buy them for. Due to stock shortage's I will have these available from MARCH. If you could please provide your own in the meantime that would be appreciated.

In the case of a POSITIVE COVID result, your booking will be rescheduled.

* Please wear a mask to your trial and have your phone ready to QR check in at your appointment.

* At this stage guests will not be allowed to attend your Trial, this is due to my studio being in my home and this is to reduce external contact as I have a little one. I appreciate your understanding.

Booking Policy


* Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit required for all bookings.

* Quotes: Prices quoted will only remain valid for 2 weeks. Our prices are subject to change so if you would like to lock in a quoted price you will be required to pay a deposit.

* Trials: A trial is advised for all brides. Trials are available but not essential for the rest of the bridal party. As trials are done at a discounted rate they can not be booked in the mornings of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. These times are left for bridal and group bookings only. Trials can be done in the afternoons of Friday, Saturday and Sunday or alternatively can be booked during the day Monday-Thursday.

* Minimum booking: A minimum of 4 or more people is required to book on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Individual bookings can be taken in the afternoon from 2pm on wards on these days unless specified by the artist.

* Travel charges: are per KM starting from Quakers Hill and will be advised in the quote.

* Early start fee: applies to bookings that require Suzanah to depart Quakers Hill before 5:30am

* Destination Weddings: If your location is outside of Sydney more then 1.5 - 2 hours from Quakers Hill a nights accommodation may be required depending on start time and location. Interstate and overseas weddings will incur Flight and accommodation fees. The price will be advised once the location is confirmed. 

* Final Payment:  must be made either by cash on the day or by Bank Transfer no less than 1 week before the event. Please advise which method you will prefer. Cheques are not accepted. Paying with a Credit Card/Square payment will incur a 3% surcharge to cover the Transaction fee charged by the Terminal.

* Parking: For bookings within the CBD or where parking is restricted you will need to either arrange parking for the stylist booked at your hotel or pay the parking fee of the next closest parking facility. Please be aware that some parking centres in the CBD can charge ridiculous fees which are beyond our control.

2nd Hairstylist fee: As we may not know the stylist completion time at the time you book, if an assistant is required to have you completed on time for your photographer or you wish to start later, there will be an extra $175-$200 added on to your Final invoice.

* Public Holidays: Bookings dates for Public Holidays or their associated weekend, incurs a 10% surcharge, except bookings for Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or New Years days will incur a $200 Surcharge.

Cancellations, Postponements and Amendment's


Cancellations: made at any time, will forfeit your 50% deposit.

* Postponements: If you choose to book an alternate date within 6 months of the original date, your original deposit will be forfeited and will be required to pay another deposit.

* Booking amendment's: Any changes to booking (ie. A member of your group chooses to do their own makeup) less than 6 months prior to booking date, you will forfeit 50% of the cancelled persons charge.

Cancellations/Postpones due to COVID-19


Postponements (Government Restriction Enforced): In the e​vent that you are forced to postpone your wedding/event and cannot go ahead due to government regulations, your ​original deposit will be transferred to your new booking date without penalisation.

However, if your new date is for a following year, a revised quote will be issued to reflect pricing for the year selected.

In the event that we are not available for your new wedding date, you will have the option of a refund of your paid deposit, OR a credit to future bookings. Credits are valid for 2 years from the date issued.

 * "Just in case" Postponements / Cancellations: In the event that the government is allowing weddings/events to go ahead, however you decide to postpone your event just in case or cancel all together, our standard T's & C's will apply. Please see Cancellations, Postponements and Amendment's

* Artist Cancellations: In the unlikely event that I am affected by COVID-19, all bookings (including wedding bookings) within the affected period will regrettably result in a cancellation. A full refund (minus your trial) will be issued and I will do my very best to find an available artist of a similar standard.

By accepting the quote and making payment i.e a deposit, the customer agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above and has read the FAQ found at www.stylewithatwist.com.au/faq

*If for some reason you are unhappy with your hair please advise Suzanah before she leaves your location on the day so that she can amend your hairstyle as she will not accept liability for your style once she leaves.
